Reiki offers a gentle path to feeling safe, supported, and at home in your body.

Come back to yourself.

  • Reiki is a Japanese healing practice that supports the body's natural ability to regulate and restore itself, similar in philosophy to acupressure or acupuncture.

During a session, gentle Reiki techniques activate the parasympathetic nervous system — the part responsible for rest and repair. This shift creates the ideal conditions for healing, activating your body's innate capacity to restore itself.

Clients often leave feeling less stressed, more grounded, and better equipped for everyday life.

  • Reiki works well alongside conventional and complementary care — with no contraindications and nothing to interfere with existing treatments.

    It's a natural fit if you're:

    • Managing chronic stress, anxiety, or burnout

    • Recovering from illness, injury, or surgery

    • Navigating grief or a major life transition

    • Looking to support an existing care or wellness plan

    • Feeling "off" without a clear diagnosis

Reiki is not a replacement for medical care. It's a way to support your body's own capacity to recover and thrive.

  • Sessions take place in a calm, quiet setting. You'll lie comfortably on a table, fully clothed, while I use light touch — or with hands just above the body — to work with your energy system from head to toe.

Sessions run 60 minutes and most clients notice a deepening sense of calm within the first few minutes. Some experience warmth or tingling; others simply drift into a rest state. There's no wrong way to receive Reiki.

Reiki works best as a series, as each session builds on the last, deepening the body’s relaxation response. Three sessions is a good milestone for noticing progress and deciding what's next. For those ready to commit to the process, session packages are available at a reduced rate.

Reiki unlocks the body’s own power to heal.

About Leah

For years, I did what so many people do: I kept up with work, family, relationships, and responsibilities — while feeling overloaded, disconnected, and quietly exhausted.

Reiki became a turning point.

It gave me a steady way back to myself. Instead of escaping my life, I found I could feel supported within it.

That’s the approach I bring to my practice: Reiki that honors the real demands you’re living with. If you’re craving more resilience, more connection, and a deeper sense of being at home in yourself, I’d love to support you — whether you’re just starting or ready to deepen your practice.
